Forbes Indonesia, one of the leading magazines in Indonesia, published a special issue highlighting “10 Inspiring Women 2015”.
And this year, our Founder, Nila Tanzil, is chosen as one of the “10 Inspiring Women 2015” by Forbes Indonesia! Congratulations!
Among the Forbes Indonesia’ 10 inspiring women 2015 are Susi Pudjiastuti, the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Minister, and Yohana Yembise, the Minister of Women Empowerment & Child Protection.
Nila says, “I’m honoured to be in the company of such high caliber women. Thank you Forbes Indonesia for such recognition. It means a lot to me personally and also to my organisation, Taman Bacaan Pelangi [Rainbow Reading Gardens]”.
Nila hopes there will be more people working together in increasing the education quality in the country, especially in providing access to books to those who live in remote areas of Eastern Indonesia. She also hopes there will be more collaboration between the Rainbow Reading Gardens and private sectors. “We cannot do this alone. The more people support us, the more libraries we can establish, the more children in Eastern Indonesia have access to books”.
Let’s do this together and let’s make a difference!
